- Rig Data: Vehicle make, model, year, and modifications you share on your rig profile
- Content: Posts, photos, comments, forum threads, and replies you create on Campfire and Discover
- Moments: Short-lived photos and videos you share, which are automatically deleted after 24 hours

- Location Data: When you choose to share your location, tag posts, check in at POIs, or participate in the Explore map
- Social Connections: Your crew requests, connections, and club memberships
- Event Data: Meetups you create or join through Gather
- Vehicle Diagnostics (OBD-II): When you connect an OBD-II Bluetooth scanner, we collect vehicle data including engine RPM, coolant temperature, fuel level, intake air temperature, and calculated fuel economy (MPG). This data is used to enhance trip planning accuracy and, if you opt in, shared in anonymized form to help other users plan fuel stops. Your identity is never attached to shared fuel data.

- Purchase Information: When you subscribe to RoadBound Pro, your purchase is processed by Apple through the App Store. We receive subscription status information (active, expired, canceled) from RevenueCat, our subscription management provider. We do NOT receive or store your payment card details, Apple ID password, or billing address.
Information Collected Automatically
- Usage Data: How you interact with the App (screens visited, features used, tap patterns)
- Device Information: Device type, operating system version, app version
- Device Identifiers: Anonymous device identifiers used for analytics and crash reporting
- Analytics: Aggregated usage statistics via PostHog
- Session Replay: We may record anonymized session replays (screen interactions, taps, scrolls) via PostHog to understand how users navigate the App and identify usability issues. Session replays do not capture text you type in password fields or any sensitive form inputs. You can opt out of session replay in app settings.
- Crash Reports: Error logs, stack traces, device state, and app version data collected via Sentry when the App encounters an error. This data helps us identify and fix bugs. Crash data does not include your personal content (posts, messages, photos).
- Track Recording Data: When you record a track (route), your GPS coordinates are collected at regular intervals. Recorded tracks are stored in your account and can be exported as GPX files. Tracks are private by default unless you choose to share them.
